Welcome to Shoden, the ‘beginning teachings’ of the traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho system. I invite you to step onto a transformative path of self-healing, balance, and inner peace; a journey of returning to your true self through a traditional approach that prioritises your personal and spiritual growth first. Learn to build a solid foundation that naturally allows healing to flow to yourself and those around you.
My Reiki Level 1 Shoden training course serves as a gentle introduction into the rich history, philosophy, and practical applications of Reiki over two immersive days. Through practical teachings, guided meditations, practice and intuitive exercises, you will awaken your natural gifts and learn to channel the gentle flow of spiritual energy. You will learn how to confidently treat yourself, loved ones, friends, pets and plants.
By the end of this course, you will receive a 1st degree certificate and have gained a solid foundation into the wonderful spiritual practice of Reiki.

Course Details & Investment
Intimate learning environment: taught in a relaxed setting, my Reiki training is limited to a maximum of four students per group to ensure personalised support and ample discussion.
Training takes place at my home studio in Faldingworth, Lincolnshire. Please note that two friendly dogs live at the property.
All courses are fully accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).
Reiki and intuitive insights are deeply personal. I am passionate about guiding you to find your own strengths and expand your awareness in a way that feels natural to you.
Location: 2 Bradman Close, Faldingworth. Market Rasen. Lincolnshire. LN8 3FH
Lunch: Please bring lunch, water bottle.
Misc. We will be spending time meditating and in quiet reflection, so you may wish to wear comfortable clothes, bring a blanket and slippers.
Tuition: £185.00 (A non-refundable deposit of £85.00 is kindly requested to reserve your space).
Balance of £100.00 is due 1 week prior to the course start date. An invoice will be sent to you.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled start date is a non-refundable balance. Thank you for your understanding.
Prerequisite
There are no prerequisites required to take Shoden Level I 1st degree Reiki).
