This is to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. As part of the payment process for therapies and courses on this website I use a third-party provider, Paypal, to process payments and I personally do not store any information with regards to credit or debit card details. Client and Student Information
As a holistic therapist, I keep general records and notes of client treatments/therapies, personal information such as name, contact details, doctors name and basic medical information. I make notes regarding the treatment/therapy and it is requirement that I hold this information for 8 years. All personal information supplied to me is private and confidential, is never shared with any third parties. The only circumstance where this information may be shared is in a medical emergency to medical professionals concerned who are also bound by the same strict data protection laws. All paper information is stored under lock and key and computer files are passwords protected and encrypted. All clients and students are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that I hold concerning them. Both client and student contact details may be used from time to time to contact with regards to news, consultations and further development. This is usually by email, text or telephone and all information is strictly confidential. All telephone numbers stored are pin protected.
