Refunds and Cancellations

If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your appointment, you can contact me to make a cancellation, however, you must provide 24 hours advanced notice. Less than 24 hours notice a full fee will be charged.

All the therapies listed on this website are complementary and are not a substitute for medical treatment. The content of this website is for information only and should not be used for the diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions. If you have any health concerns, please consult your GP and make complementary therapies a part of a complete healthcare programme. All healing is self-healing. A complementary health practitioner works as a facilitator to assist clients in their healing process.

Booking a therapy

Prior to a therapy taking place, clients will be required to fill out a consultation form and answer any questions about their health in order to determine suitability to a therapy e.g. if there is a medical condition which could be viewed as a contraindication to a therapy such as pregnancy, diabetes or epilepsy. Depending on the answers, therapy may be refused, readjusted or a request may be made for either a GPs letter of authorisation or a signed disclaimer by the client. Should a therapy be unsuitable, every effort will be made to offer an alternative, more suitable therapy. I reserve the right to refuse to carry out a therapy which I feel is not suitable.
